We are able to provide Audio Visual equipment such as power-point, flip charts, television and video and OHP with screens if required.

Our delegate rates include a substantial finger buffet lunch, which is prepared fresh by the chefs at the hotel.

Daytime Conferences

Meeting room available 7.30am onwards
Seating Capacity:

• 50 delegates : Boardroom style
• 80 delegates : Theatre style

Daily Delegate Rate

£19.95 per person inclusive of:

• Coffee on Arrival
• Water
• Mid-Morning Coffee
• Buffet Lunch
• Afternoon Tea and Biscuits
• Flip chart
• OHP and Screen
• Television and Video
• VAT at the current rate

Full Day Delegate Rate

£89.95 per person includes the above and an overnight stay with breakfast.

Booking Conditions

• All bookings must be accompanied with a written confirmation
• Cancellations of bookings must be made at least 5 days prior to the booking, cancellations after this time may result in a cancellation fee being charged
• Reductions in number of delegates after original booking/quote may result in additional room hire charges
• The client is responsible to the Hotel for full settlement of all costs arising in accordance with the agreement
• Company accounts must be agreed prior to the date of the conference
• Payment of your accounts must be guaranteed within 14 days of receipt
• We reserved the right to add 4% interest charge to the outstanding monthly balance on accounts exceeding the above
• We reserved with right to change our prices without prior notice
• The Hotel is entitled to annul the contract without obligation to pay compensation of any kind be reason of strike, lockout, fire, restrictions in deliveries or other special circumstances beyond the control of the Hotel
